When you subscribe to Flair, you’ll receive access to your very own task board where you can add, manage and queue as many tasks as you like. Each task will be delivered one by one. Large or complex tasks may be divided into sub-tasks for easier management.

Common, general requests are usually delivered within 2–3 working days (Monday to Friday). More complex requests may take longer but may also be divided into subtasks for easier management. All tasks are worked on and delivered one by one. You’ll be able to see the progress and leave feedback on each task at any time.

Pausing is a convenient way to keep the value of your Flair subscription without having to use up a monthly subscription in one go. You can pause your subscription at any time, and resume whenever you have additional needs.

We may run limited discounts from time to time. If you are a registered charitable organisation, we offer a 20% discount for our monthly subscription service, all year round. Get in touch with us before signing up for more details.

If you are unsatisfied with the service, we recommend getting in touch with us as soon as possible so we can try to resolve any issues. Due to the nature of the work involved, we can only offer a 20% refund on your most recent payment.
